During the Convivio, participants will

  • explore how baptism empowers them and all the faithful as missionary disciples to announce the Good News in the Church and the world.

  • review key features of pastoral leadership and the gifts of Hispanic culture in cultivating pastoral leadership.

  • learn about pastoral planning as an essential element in Hispanic Ministry to address the pastoral priorities identified by the Plan Pastoral para el Ministerio Hispano/Latino.
